Five bedrooms and three and a half baths across two levels that live like three zones: the main level, the Bar Room, and the Game Room. Sleeps 14 with room to spare. Outside, a private covered dock with kayaks and a paddle board, a wood-burning fire pit on the path to the water, and a screened deck for dinner. Every day is Saturday at Lakewood.

Lakewood sits on the quiet public side of the lake, tucked into mature hardwoods on nearly two acres, with the State Park directly across the water. Nearby: the State Park beach and trails, 4 minutes. Lake Anna Winery, 8. Callie Opie's for dinner, 12. Mineral for groceries, coffee, and ice cream, 10. High Point Marina rents boats for a day on the water. Kings Dominion is 45 minutes, and Fredericksburg is under an hour.
Guest Access
The whole house on both levels is yours, including the main garage, the screened deck, the fire pit, and the private covered dock with kayaks and a paddle board. Three locked owner closets stay ours; everything else is open to you.
Good to know
Check-in is 4 PM, check-out 11 AM, with keyless entry and your own door code. The whole house is yours, including the main garage and the dock. Starlink wifi handles video calls and a house full of streaming, there is an EV outlet, and parking for eight cars. Lakewood hosts guests 28 and up. No parties or events, no smoking, no pets, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Exterior cameras and a decibel-only noise monitor protect the house; nothing records inside. The house runs on septic, so only toilet paper down the toilets. Keep children supervised near the shoreline and the fire pit, and wear life jackets on the water.
